Common challenges we're brought in for

The organization is busy, but not aligned.
We clarify priorities, decision rights, accountability, and the operating rhythm needed to move in one direction.
The strategy is ambitious, but execution is inconsistent.
We translate vision into roadmaps, ownership, measures, and management systems.
Growth has outpaced the organization's systems.
We assess structure, talent, technology, processes, vendors, and infrastructure — and build what the next stage requires.
Leaders know something is not working, but cannot see the whole picture.
We provide an objective diagnosis that connects culture, systems, leadership, resources, and results.
Philanthropic investments feel scattered or reactive.
We establish a clear giving thesis, mission matrix, portfolio approach, decision criteria, and impact framework.
A company wants its community investment to be both meaningful and visible.
We identify credible opportunities where community need, organizational values, audience relevance, and authentic brand visibility intersect.
The board and staff are unclear about their respective roles.
We strengthen governance, expectations, communication, and shared accountability.
Programs are meaningful, but impact is difficult to demonstrate.
We align need, design, outcomes, data, and storytelling so leaders can show what changed and why it matters.
A transition or crisis has created instability.
We bring calm, structure, prioritization, and hands-on executive capacity while the organization regains its footing.

A focused entry point before a larger transformation

Each assessment can stand alone or lead into an implementation engagement.

Organizational Blueprint™

A comprehensive view of strategy, structure, people, processes, resources, culture, and performance — with prioritized recommendations and an implementation roadmap.

Philanthropic Blueprint™

A giving strategy grounded in organizational purpose, community need, investment criteria, portfolio design, partnership opportunity, visibility, and impact measurement.

Board Effectiveness Assessment

A review of board composition, roles, governance practices, engagement, decision-making, committee structure, and the board–executive relationship.

Executive Team Alignment Assessment

A diagnosis of priorities, roles, trust, communication, decision rights, accountability, and the leadership operating rhythm.

Social Impact Strategy Review

An evaluation of whether current investments, partnerships, programs, and narratives align with intended outcomes and stakeholder expectations.

How an engagement unfolds

01

Listen & diagnose

Understand the organization's ambitions, history, pressure points, stakeholders, and operating reality.

02

Clarify & align

Define the real problem, establish priorities, and create shared understanding among decision-makers.

03

Design

Build a practical strategy, structure, or solution suited to the organization — not a generic template.

04

Implement

Translate recommendations into owners, milestones, measures, tools, and disciplined follow-through.

05

Strengthen & sustain

Transfer knowledge, develop leaders, monitor results, and adjust so progress continues beyond the engagement.

Flexible ways to work together

Portrait of Rebekah Lanae Lengel

Rebekah Lanae Lengel

A proud Miami native, Rebekah has dedicated more than two decades to organizational-transformation, strategy, operations, and governance leadership across South Florida's nonprofit, cultural, philanthropic, and community-serving sector.

Her executive roles include Chief Operating Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami, Deputy Director and Co-Interim Executive Director at YoungArts, Associate Director for Reunions and Special Programs at Barry University, and Managing Producer at Miami Light Project — work spanning organizational strategy, operations, fundraising, philanthropy, governance, programs, marketing, talent, technology, facilities, and performance measurement.

A graduate of Barry University, Rebekah brings a cross-sector, deeply human perspective shaped equally by boardrooms and black box theaters. She is also a produced playwright and arts journalist — her plays staged at City Theatre in Miami and the Hippodrome State Theatre in Gainesville, her hip-hop and arts criticism published in three languages, and the film and performance work she has produced presented on every continent except Antarctica. She believes that strong systems are not bureaucracy for its own sake: they create stability, protect people, preserve resources, and make greater creativity and impact possible.

  • Strategic and systems-oriented, with an ability to see the whole organization
  • Direct, thoughtful, and willing to surface the difficult issue
  • Equally comfortable with vision, operations, people, and implementation
  • Calm in complexity and focused on practical, sustainable solutions
